At RoadRunner Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
